We arrived home from Russia on Saturday, July 12th. It was a long day but we all survived! Our flight from Moscow to Frankfort was 4.5 hours long and the flight to Detroit was almost 9 hours. Alex slept for 3 hours total on the plane...we were hoping for more! We were welcomed home to the US by our whole family. They had balloons, US flags, and... cameras! It was great to be home and see everyone.
Yesterday (Sunday) we had lots of visitors. Nana and Papa came to visit. Grandma and Grandpa came and brought Blue home. Aunt Vicky and Uncle Walter came over with Alex's cousins - Gabe and Nate. Alex was VERY tired and fell alseep before everyone went home.
Today we are just hanging out. Mommy and Daddy have a lot of unpacking to do and laundry. Alex is busy exploring his new home. We will write more later and add more pictures!

Congratulations! I am so happy that you got home safely. I can't wait to see everyone and to get to meet him. He is so adorable and it is so cute how much he enjoys the pool.
