Alex - Green Eggs and Ham

So I am struggling with keeping up with my blog.  I usually feel like I should post a lot of pictures and explain a lot.  I am going to try to just post one picture...hopefully once a day.  Maybe I will be able to keep up this way!

Alex loves Green Eggs and Ham.  He can read the enitre book (not just memorized...he can actually read all the words.)  We made him green eggs and ham for breakfast...he was in heaven!  He called himself a Green Eggs and Ham boy!

The Henry Ford Estate

We went to the Henry Ford Estate to explore and hike in the woods.  Unfortunately, the mosquitoes were so bad we couldn't hike in the woods.  But we had fun hanging out by the mansion.  The boys were exceptionally charming and agreeable to posing for pictures.  This doesn't happen much so I definately took advantage of it!

Cran Hill Ranch Camping!

Cran Hill Ranch was my favorite place to go when I was little.  I love that I can share that with my kids and Jeff!

3 Years Ago...

I can't believe it has been 3 years since Alex joined our family!  We have finished his 3 years of post placement reports just in time to start 3 years of Evan's post placement reports!  Here a few comparison pictures of how he has grown...

We adore you Alex and we can't image life ever without you.  You have been such a blessing to our lives. 

Alex, every year on July 5th we say a prayer thanking God for picking you out for our family.
